- Have your prescription available and find your medication in our online search – please make note of the lowest cost shown and the pharmacy offering that best price
- Using the cost information from your search results, choose your plan as follows:
- If your medication(s) cost $10 or less choose the BASIC plan
- If your medication(s) cost between $10 and $20 choose the PREMIUM plan
- If your medication cost is over $20, choose the BASIC plan and you will still enjoy the commercially discounted pharmacy rates we provide, rates that do not include a markup or hidden fee of any kind!

Of Course! We understand that your situation may change and moving to a different plan will best meet your needs. Log in to your member portal and send an e-mail request to BILLING@QMPLETERX.COM – please specify which plan you would like to switch to.
All cancellations must be made in writing by sending an email to BILLING@QMPLETERX.COM. All cancellation requests must be made 5 days prior to your next billing date. Cancellation requests received after this period will be applied to the end of the next billing cycle.
